I'm tired of being strong when all I feel is completely weak.
Of being happy when all I feel is pitiable.
Of laughing when I really want to drown in tears.
Of chewing gum instead of smoking.
I've heard people say that any time you say something negative about your life or about yourself, you should say 7 positive things. Let's give it a shot.
Yeah...I changed my mind...that would take forever. And let's be honest here...I don't have that much happiness right now.
It's time.............

As you wish...
Negative: I am friendless, brainless, helpless, hopeless! Do I want them to send me back to where I was? Unemployed in Greenland?
Positive: (on a serious note)
1. The little things in life make me happy. Such as when I am going somewhere that has a huge, crowded parking lot, and I get the best spot. I LOVE that. It feels great. I just want to stand outside the store and stare at what a great spot i just got.
2. I have a full head of hair. I have noticed that men in their mid to late 20s start to have a receeding hairline. I dont. It feels good to have a full head of hair.
3. I have family and friends that love me.
4. I feel as though I am very educated in that I have two degrees.
5. I have been blessed with good health. I have never broken a bone, nor have I been to the hospital for anything physical.
6. I have always had food on the table and clothes on my back.
7. I have a good sense of direction. I have always enjoyed looking at maps, and I always know where I am and where I am going.

Susan, dont be so hard on yourself. I am sure you have alot to be happy about with your life. Granted, I have only met you once, but when I did, the impression I got is that you are a very jovial person.
We all have our down times; it is natural. The key thing is to remember that there will be up times following the down times and to not take the up times for granted.
Take my advice. Have a drink and sing some Journey. Everything will turn out for the best, I promise.
Love sixfingered man. That is such a sweet comment. He is so right. Things are hard sometimes, but you are beautiful, inside and out, and I love you! You are my everything!
Feeding a baby goat at the petting zoo always makes me happy.
